During this 45-minute class, take in the natural beauty of Kingwood Gardens and breath-in the fresh winter air.  Dress warm with appropriate footwear as we will trek a 3/4-mile loop, ending with a 10-minute stretch session designed to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and range of motion.   After class you will leave feeling refreshed and restored in the mind body and spirit.

Learn the ins and outs of aromatherapy in this hands-on learning program. Benefits and uses of different types will be discussed and sampled. You will then build your own roll-on to take home with you.

Invite your best friend or treat yourself to a self-date. This one-hour Hatha Yoga session, powered by the OhioHealth Fitness Team, is designed to develop strength, flexibility, and enhance bodily relaxation. The class will conclude with a short meditation centered on self-love and kindness.
