Admissions Associate
Part-time Admissions Associate

The Part-time Admissions Associate provides the first and last positive contact with Kingwood’s daily garden guest. They welcome and serve all garden guests to Kingwood Center Gardens. Admissions Associates are the “Face of Kingwood” and are instrumental in creating a positive experience for our guests—strong customer service skills are a must. Membership sales, promoting educational programming, event ticket sales, and reception are also key to this position and the organization. This position is required to work some weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. 

Guest Services Director
Guest Services Director

The Director of Guest Services is responsible for overseeing and carrying out Kingwood Center Gardens’ vision, mission, and core values by ensuring exceptional guest services and positive transformative experience. The Director strategically leads and manages the day-to-day and long-range goals of the department which consists of the Guest Services Manager, Safety and Security Supervisor, Venue Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator positions. The Director personally models and leads the organization toward being passionately gracious hosts to guests and community partners while creating multi-generational connections to place and landscape.

Custodial Lead
Custodial Lead

The Custodial Team Lead provides high quality guest experiences of all facilities through implementing daily cleaning regimes meeting Kingwood’ standards of quality.  They take point, ensuring all routine tasks are completed and inventory supplies maintained. The Custodial Team Lead supports the venue setup team to ensure a transformative guest experience.

Attention to detail regarding custodial needs are a must for this position. 

Safety & Security Team Member
Facilities and Maintenance Assistant

The Facilities and Maintenance Assistant ensures Kingwood Center Gardens’ physical plant, infrastructure, and other systems associated with a transformative guest experience are in good working order. The Assistant supports the daily and special project operational priorities of the Facilities and Maintenance Department and Kingwood as a whole.

The Custodial Team member provides high quality guest experiences of all indoor facilities through following daily cleaning regimes, meeting Kingwood’ standards of quality.  They occasionally offer support to venue setup team members in setup/tear down of venues.

Setup Team Member

Setup Team members detailing Kingwood venues creates the baseline for transformative guest experiences in those event spaces.  The setup team builds a beautiful space for each daily and special event, following client’s wishes and incorporating Kingwood Center Gardens quality standards of elegance and class.

Safety & Security Team Member

The Safety and Security Team Member promotes a transformative guest experience, providing a safe and secure work and guest environment through implementing daily safety and security procedures. They ensure the safe and security of all people and property associated with Kingwood through daily monitoring, patrolling for irregularities and inspection of security and alarm systems.
