Facilities and Maintenance Assistant

The Facilities and Maintenance Assistant ensures Kingwood’s physical plant, infrastructure, and other systems associated with a transformative guest experience are in good working order.

The Assistant supports the daily and special project operational priorities of the Facilities and Maintenance Department and Kingwood Center Gardens as a whole.

A Groundskeeper promotes positive transformative guest experiences, fostering the grounds and gardens and assists with the installation and maintenance of new garden areas.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for fostering and installing lawns, edging, and fertilizing as well as mulching and assisting in garden areas as needed. This position plays a key role in the care of wildlife and maintenance of the Duck and Nature Ponds as well.
