Stretching with Yoga

An event every week that begins at 11:45 am on Tuesday, repeating until May 25, 2022
Through gentle poses and postures, this class helps strengthen the muscles in your core, back, arms and legs. If you have had reservations in the past about what yoga can do for you, try this 45-minute class. Chairs will be available as well to use during the program.
*This is a weekly-offered program in collaboration with and led by OhioHealth Fitness Center. Registration for each class opens up one week prior to the class date. Kingwood Members and Silver Sneakers members are free with registration. Membership cards must be shown at check-in for each class*
