Free First Monday

Join us for Free First Monday – where everyone enjoys free admission to Kingwood! Take a garden stroll, explore Kingwood Hall, and discover the stunning exotic plants in the Display Greenhouse! Don’t forget to grab a bite in the Gateway Café and shop for plants, décor, and gifts in the Garden & Gift Shop!
MAY 1ST LINEUP:
— 11-3 Mansfield Men’s Garden Club will be here to share about their club, the Fall Harvest Show, and more!

— 1-4 Richland Soil and Water will provide a scavenger hunt and share about their programs
— 1-4 NECIC will be on hand to share about their Farmer’s Market
— Delicious food will be available from the café and Buehler’s Food Truck, Ferris
— Buehler’s will be hosting a job fair – stop by to learn about exciting opportunities they have available!
— Interested in volunteering at Kingwood? Stop in from 1-2 PM for our Volunteer Orientation. This informational meet and greet is open to those interested in joining our volunteer program, for new or returning volunteers, or even tenured volunteers looking to learn more or connect with others. This is a great time to ask questions, learn about available opportunities, and get to know other volunteers!
Please note: Due to our 2023 featured exhibit, Free First Monday will be offered February – May and October-November.
