Cooking with Herbs:Thyme

Beat the cold and learn something new for your next gathering! Buehler’s chefs will lead a cooking demonstration using a featured herb in three dishes. A glass of wine is included with the tastings.

February’s Menu:

• Goat cheese with berries, honey, and thyme
• Mushroom & thyme polenta cakes
• Smoked salmon with lemon thyme beurre blanc
