Cooking with Herbs-Rosemary

Beat the cold and learn something new for your next gathering! Buehler’s chefs will lead a cooking demonstration using a featured herb in two dishes. A glass of wine is included with the tastings.

Appetizer: Grilled Brie en Croute, Rosemary, Strawberry Preserves, Toasted Almonds, Chambord Crème

Entrée: Braised Rosemary Chicken, Cranberry, Onion, Garlic, Celery
