Relaxation & Meditation

Program runs weekly, Tuesdays at 1 PM
Meditation is a technique to help with mindfulness practice. Drawing on simple breathing and thought “exercises,” it keeps you grounded in the present and helps you feel less stressed, more open and aware. In this class, use a variety of modalities to aid in mindful meditation and relaxation such as guided meditation, journaling, singing bowls, breath work, music, percussion instruments, and grounding in nature among others.
