CHRISTMAS AT KINGWOOD FEATURES
• Immerse yourself in a winter wonderland with sparkling outdoor decorations, including Snowman Circle, shimmering light trees, and hidden surprises throughout the gardens.
• Experience the charm of the Community Tree Walk, featuring Christmas trees beautifully decorated by local businesses and organizations. Explore these festive displays in Roost Hall and the Carriage House!
• Step into Kingwood Hall, Mr. King’s historic mansion, to admire three floors of stunning holiday décor. Enjoy live music in the Drawing Room!
• Warm up in the Display Greenhouse, where lush tropical plants meet festive decorations. It’s a cozy retreat to enjoy the holiday spirit surrounded by vibrant greenery.
• Visit our Garden Gateway visitor center for a holly jolly shopping experience! Find unique Christmas gifts, plants, and home décor in the Garden & Gift Shop, and treat yourself to a snack or warm drink at the Gateway Café!

Timed Entry Tickets & Admission Rates
- To Secure Your Spot: All guests, including Kingwood members and children of all ages, must reserve Timed Entry Tickets online or by phone
- Admission Rates:
- Non-Members: $10 for ages 19+, $5 for ages 7–18, free for children 6 and under
- Kingwood Members: Complimentary admission is included as a membership benefit only if Timed Entry Ticket reservation is made. Members and non-members who do not reserve Timed Entry Tickets in advance will be subject to Walk-Up Ticket prices (see below for important details)
- Timed Entry Arrival Window: When selecting your Timed Entry Ticket, you will choose a half-hour arrival window during which you must arrive. For example, a 6:00 PM ticket allows for arrival between 6:00 and 6:30 PM. Please allow ample time for parking and check-in at the Welcome Desk. Entry outside of your reserved window may be delayed or denied based on ticket availability. Timed Entry Ticketing allows for a better guest experience and parking availability.
- Enjoy the Event at Your Own Pace: Departure times are not scheduled, so you’re welcome to explore the display at your own pace once checked in.
- Rescheduling: If needed, Timed Entry Tickets may be rescheduled, based on availability. For assistance, please call 419-522-0211.
- No Refunds: Christmas at Kingwood is an all-weather event.

- Limited Availability: Walk-up tickets are limited and may be available on a first-come, first-served basis each night.
- Pricing: $12 for ages 19+, $7 for ages 7–18, free for children 6 and under.
Important Information for Kingwood Members
- Complimentary Admission: Complimentary admission to Christmas at Kingwood is a benefit exclusive to members and intended for their personal use only. To access this benefit, members must reserve Timed Entry Tickets in advance for each adult and child in their group.
- Identification Required: Members must show their membership card or photo ID at check-in.
- Complimentary Tickets Per Visit: The number of complimentary tickets available per visit is based on your current membership level:
- Individual Membership: 1 adult per visit
- Dual Membership: 2 individuals per visit
- Family Level and Above: 2 individuals and up to 6 children/grandchildren (18 and under) per visit
- Unlimited Visits: Members are welcome to visit multiple times throughout the season! Just remember to reserve a Timed Entry Ticket for each visit to enjoy your complimentary admission.

PARKING & ENTRANCE
Parking is in our Trimble Road parking lot and entrance through our visitor center, the Garden Gateway.
ACCESSIBILITY AT KINGWOOD HALL
Kingwood Hall is nearly a 100-year-old building, recognized for its historic significance on the National Registry of Historic Places. As part of Christmas at Kingwood, the hall features three beautifully decorated floors showcasing stunning holiday displays.
The building retains many of its original features, offering a glimpse into its historic charm. Among these features is the original service lift, a freight elevator designed for staff to transport supplies such as groceries and firewood from the service entrance to upper levels of the hall. As the lift was not built for individual accessibility or high-volume use, it is not available during Christmas at Kingwood.
For guests needing assistance, an accessible entrance to Kingwood Hall is available at the service entrance—follow the signs pointing you to the door. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage guests to enjoy a slideshow of Kingwood Hall’s holiday décor in the first-floor service room.
SHOPPING & DINING
The Garden & Gift Shop, Gateway Café, and Buehler’s Snacks & Sips will be open each night of Christmas. Shop unique gifts and enjoy delicious drinks, snacks, and more!

The Garden & Gift Shop and Gateway Café will be open 10AM-2PM for daytime shopping and dining throughout Christmas at Kingwood.
Shop for holiday gifts and savor a delicious bite or warm drink in the Garden Gateway from 10 AM to 2 PM. No advanced registration is required for Shop & Dine. Please note that garden admission is separate, and admission to Christmas at Kingwood requires advanced ticket purchase. Grounds will be closed from 2-3 PM, and Kingwood Hall will be closed during the day.
