
Introduction to Forest Bathing

Join certified Forest Therapy Guide and author of Grass Left Standing: A Park Interpreter’s Road Map to Forest Bathing, Maureen Stine* of Natureology, for an introduction to forest bathing.
Learn the health and wellness benefits while actively applying techniques in this immersive guided experience that combines rest and wandering, interspersed with facilitated group gatherings and solo time to emphasize unplugging and awakening all available senses.
Dress for the weather, including appropriate footwear for different types of surfaces. Participants are invited to personal items as well if desired, including water bottle, sunglasses, hats and something to sit on such as a lightweight portable camping chair, a cushion, or rolled up towel.
