Description: As part of America 250-Ohio’s theme of Ohio Outdoors: Exploring Ohio’s Natural Resources, learn ways of preserving fresh herbs and their multiple culinary uses by harvesting fresh herbs from the gardens and creating custom blended finishing salts and sugars. Materials included for each participant to take home two small jars of finished product. Bring your own garden gloves, if preferred.
