The Custodial Team Lead provides high quality guest experiences of all facilities through implementing daily cleaning regimes meeting Kingwood’ standards of quality. They take point, ensuring all routine tasks are completed and inventory supplies maintained. The Custodial Team Lead supports the venue setup team to ensure a transformative guest experience.
Attention to detail regarding custodial needs are a must for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads daily cleaning duties of buildings
- Coordinates with the Guest Services Management with heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
- This position works closely with all departments at Kingwood Center Gardens to coordinate cleaning with other operational routines
- Work with the Guest Services management to schedule cleaning staff
- Assist with venue setup/tear down as needed
- Perform minor maintenance activities
- Notify Facilities Supervisor of deficiencies, needs for repairs, and supply stock needs
- Log cleaning and chemical records
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or higher is preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience is required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is preferred
- Willingness to follow all health and safety regulations
- Must have a valid Ohio Driver’s License
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass drug test
