This is going to be a “knock-your-socks off” educational event, showcasing the talents of Chef Alana Gilson and the educational Foraging knowledge of Nicholas Copley. During this unique learning experience, you will experience a full three course meal with paired wines and beer (patrons choice) plus hors d’oeuvres. While each course is being prepared for your enjoyment, Nicholas will take you into the Kingwood Herb Garden and showcase one of the herbs being used in the meal. He will educate you on selecting techniques, cutting techniques, and the herbs’ possible health benefits.
