Kids will not want to miss this once in a life-time chance of learning about their

favorite pals, Winnie-the-Pooh and friends!

A Walk in Winnie’s Footsteps:  This charming talk takes children into the natural world where A. A. Milne set the tender adventures of Winnie-the-Pooh and his chums. Tailored for the young, an excerpt is read from a story and is interspersed with images and illustrations from Ashdown Forest.

The author, Kathryn Aalto, will share her experiences writing the book including what it felt like to walk through the real Hundred Acre Wood, what real flowers and animals call this special place home, and will give kids an enthusiasm for reading the original stories.

Honey Snacks will be served, and following Kathryn's talk, children will enter the Kingwood Enchanted Forest to make their own Eeyore Hut!  Children can come dressed up as their favorite characters if they choose.
